Building Skills, Creating Opportunities: HRJR Skill Development Centers

Recognizing the vital need for employment opportunities among the youth of Palakurthi, the HRJR Family Charitable Trust is proud to launch the 'HRJR Skill Development Centers' across Palakurthi and Thorrur Mandals. These centers are designed to be a catalyst for change, providing practical, hands-on vocational training entirely free of cost.

Our comprehensive programs are tailored to the needs of rural youth – whether educated, semi-educated, or even those without formal education. Each 12-week course is meticulously designed and delivered by expert trainers, with sessions held on Saturdays and Sundays for six hours a day, ensuring accessibility for all.

We are committed to providing a supportive learning environment. Each batch will accommodate 25 enthusiastic learners per skill, with an initial offering of 5 diverse courses in the first phase at each center. Over 650 individuals are expected to be trained every quarter across both centers, with a goal of empowering over 10,000 young individuals with valuable skills within the next four years.

As part of our commitment to preventative healthcare, we are planning to conduct comprehensive health screening programs for individuals aged 50 and above in both male and female populations across the constituency. These screenings will focus on critical health areas such as heart, kidney, thyroid, and cancer, aiming to detect potential health issues early and facilitate timely intervention.

We believe that proactive health management is crucial for a healthy and productive community. Our health initiatives will aim to raise awareness, provide access to screening, and support individuals in taking charge of their health.
